Biography

Holding the role of Senior Executive in the Student Services Department, Ignatius has a high level of interaction with students of the university. One of his main responsibilities is to help students map out their degree program to achieve academic success and degree completion at a comfortable pace. Ignatius understands that each student is unique, and as such, caters to each of them according to their ability level.

Ignatius does not only stick to his desk, but also frequently conducts sessions on APA-formatting, Resource-finding, and Research Writing to bridge students over to a University-level environment.

Asides from his full-time role in the Student Services Department, Ignatius holds two other concurrent positions at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Asia, the positions being IT Support Officer and Fire Safety Officer. He is also an Adjunct Faculty with the College of Business, teaching Management courses.

Ignatius is currently pursuing his PhD with Liberty University, and his research interests include human productivity performance, organizational behavior and organizational leadership.
